Hi there, this is a user community - you would be better off contacting the company directly on their website: https://www.leonidas-usa.com/ Hope this helps!
The people working there were super friendly. The chocolates looked wonderful. I tried the lukumums. I got the honey and sesame flavoured ones. Very tender on the inside but a little harder on the outside than I would want Would love to try another flavour though!
4 chocolates for 10 dollars is overly expensive. Especially since they weren't particularly special; I wouldn't have known them from cheaper chocolates. Would maybe come back to try the loukoumades, but won't make the mistake of buying chocolate again.
The Leonidas Chocolates are the best in the world. However, did mistake by ordering on line. Was intended as a present. Even paid for priority shipping. The package was not packaged/shipped properly and arrived damaged. The owner of location suggested to return back and after received by them will issue the refund. For double damaged package?I decided to keep the chocolates for us and bought another present. Not even apologies received from the location. Very arrogant, do not deserve to handle these chocolates. Will not order again.

Delectable truffles. Awesome spot to enjoy life.
If you're on the Danforth, this is the perfect place to have a coffee or tea and savour their delicious Belgian Chocolates. 🔹ï¸You have the option of just selecting a few pieces to enjoy with your beverage, you can buy their prepackaged offerings, or you can create your own chocolate box by choosing pieces from the showcase. 🔹ï¸They've got quite a nice selection too...white, milk, and dark options, silky truffles, sugar free chocolates, and if you're a fan of Gianduja...they've got that too. 🔹ï¸Now if chocolate is not your thing, they carry a small selection of cakes and cupcakes and a limited selection of gelato, the latter of which is very popular during the summer months. Speaking of summer, you can enjoy your treats on their patio, which has a nice view of the neighbouring parkette. Overall a sweet little spot, but beware the summer weekends as it can get a bit crowded.
Super yummy
Every year at Christmas I purchase all my Chocolate gift baskets from Leonidas Danforth location. Selection is excellent, the staff is very friendly, not to mention the Belgian chocolate are best tasting chocolate ever!
The staff is very cordial..Sasha if I remember correctly..very pleasing and comforting..The coffee was great..
First time here and what drew me in was the sign with loukoumades. So since it was my first time here I got a half dozen hazelnut and a half dozen apple crumble. The loukoumades were freshly fried. Wow! The hazelnut loukoumades tastes exactly like they do in Greece, yeah I will definitely be going back for those. The apple crumble we're all so amazing but next I think I will be trying the cookies and cream. I haven't tried anything else here so I can't comment on that. If you're looking to sit down and have some dessert the loukoumades are perfect choice. if you are going to visit a friend in need to take something the loukoumades are perfect choice. It is a little pricier than most places but it's the only place I found that makes the loukoumades fresh.
Truffles and hot chocolate are delicious! The service is wonderful, the kindest woman behind the counter helped us select our chocolates :)
bad service, we arrive 15 min before closing asking for a coffee and I was told : “too late for a coffeeâ€. Then, I asked for the description of one pastries and told: “no idea what is on it, we just sell themâ€. If they don’t want to serve at the end of the day just change your schedule. but don’t say you are open when you don’t care able clients...
A truly terrible ice cream, didn't finish it (and I hate to waste food!). Hopefully their other offerings are better! But the ice cream (which they call gelato) was such terrible, Chapman's summer camp quality that I am unlikely to return.
Fabulous chocolate, great place to go for a drink in both hot and cold weather.
Great chocolate.
I have a love hate relationship with Leonidas! I love their Freddo Espresso's, location, large patio, super friendly staff and environment. I hate the fact that I cannot enjoy any of their chocolates that look amazing and by the description of my friends, are amazing !!! Sucks to have a dairy allergy . . .
The latte at Leonidas truly rocks!
Good gelato.
Top quality chocolates
A little slice of Belgium...in Toronto. Love heading down for an afternoon latte, best Patio on the Danforth.
Lovely cafe, friendly service and DELICIOUS chocolates!
Best hits
Fantastic coffee, great service! Definitely recommend :)
Wonderful Belgium chocolates.

Chocolate is delicious, there is a nice patio, coffee is affordable.
A nice selection of the classic Belgian fare. The nice in-store cafe is a great opportunity to sample hot chocolates and more. By far my favorite chocolate in a great location, well worth the trip from downtown.
Good
Quality steadily declining over the years. Began coming here in early 2015, it was a good store with decent products and prices. I remember they used to give a free chocolate with each latte. Slowly they took away freebies like this, and they began charging for them. I noticed that the size of their drinks and lattes decreased as well. The mugs and paper cups have shrunk several times over the past two years. Recently, the size of their coffee has decreased once again. Meanwhile the prices go up! It was a good store. Too bad the owners are so cheap :(
Beautiful chocolates and amazing coffee. Family run. Great little plaza with a fountain to view.
I am going there always for Fredo Capuchino!!
Worst place in the whole Danforth.
Iced coffee said $2, went there on a date and asked for two iced coffees. Guy asked us if we wanted them as "espressos" so we said sure unknowing he marked up the price by like five bucks each, we expressed that it was a miscommunication and we thought we were just getting two ice coffee and they expected us to pay. We won't ever eat there again, it was just too rude.
Leonidas is the perfect spot to enjoy hot or cold coffee of any kind including the greek traditional frappee & fredo. Its always a clean environment making customers welcomed. In addition they have alot of varieties of the finest chocolates, desserts, cakes & pastries no other way to make your date happy by showing her your sweet side Leonidas.
Good gelato.
Hands down our favourite chocolate shop! Really cute neighbourhood spot to people watch and hang out right next to Alexander Park. Great ice cream too!
Didn't have a good experience here. We ordered a box of 4 chocolates and were charged $13 for them. Later, realized that this seemed quite an overcharge, but had already paid and left by then. Ordered some other stuff too while we were there; it was mediocre and the service was slow and not particularly friendly.
Delicious chocolate
Great coffee shop in Greektown on the Danforth.
You do not have variety of Leonidas in Europe and overpriced.
Great piece to sit with an ice cream and chill
Very nice selection of quality chocolates. Excellent Kid-friendly selection for Easter and Christmas.
Terrible experience at this cafe. I was with 2 colleagues from Australia and New Zealand experiencing the taste of the Danforth. One of them went inside to purchase a large iced coffee and we sat with him at a patio table to finish. Not sitting for even 2 minutes, a staff approached us and told us to leave because she said we needed to each purchase something to sit there. There were 2 elderly women sitting at the table diagonal to us who had not purchased anything at all from the store, and they were not asked to leave. There was also a couple sitting beside us, in which only one person had a drink as well, and not asked to leave. This staff member was quite rude and unprofessional. My colleague ended up just leaving his entire drink at the table after having only a few sips. I have been to Leonidas venues in other parts of the world with pleasant experiences and this location on the Danforth in Toronto, Ontario, Canada puts them to shame.
Very bad service, horrible stuff, asked for tea she pretended did not hear, while I pointed out on the menu the tea I wanted, Never will go back there , I could understand if was very busy , however was empty no costumers
Gift recipients loved them, which makes the expensive price tag worth it. Staff was friendly, service was good, and thank you for staying open later!
One of The Best Chocolate Stores in Toronto !!! Their Sea Salt Caramel is Amazing!!!
Amazing European truffles and chocolate products, obviously. But this location has a great cafe with pastries and treats from local bakeries, ice cream, and great hot chocolate and coffee. Some nice outdoor seating too in a pretty square along the Danforth.
